Your parcel is delivered store to door by Aramex. Once your order is on its way, you can follow it every step of the journey.
Aramex Store-to-Door Tracking
When your order is shipped, we email you your Aramex waybill number. Enter it on the Aramex tracking page to see live updates from our store to your door.
You will be taken to the official Aramex website in a new tab.
Delivery & policy information
- Standard delivery: 1–5 business days across South Africa — R90, or FREE on orders of R400 or more.
- Express delivery via Aramex: couriered store to door for R150. Your waybill number is emailed to you when your order ships.
- Order updates: we email you when your order is received, processed and shipped, so you always know where things stand.
- Something wrong? Email wisko.co@gmail.com to log your complaint and an arrangement will be made from there.
